yeah I do. I think it's going to take about a century to undo (if possible) all the damage the Bush admin has done.

Yup, we have a choice between corporate controlled megalomanical republicans and disorganized, no alternatives, "let's run Hillary" democrats. both parties are morally bankrupt, disinterested in really governing or solving the real problems and cooperate with each other only to keep both parties in power. Its time to break their hold on the electoral system (which they do by controlling the primaries) and to get a viable third party or parties to give us real choice. cause I don't want to see McCain or Giuliani on the one side or Hillary or Al on the other. For about 2-3 presidential election cycles now, I've felt I have no good choice and I'm about to stop voting as a result.

What exactly do you mean by screwed? If you mean moving in the direction our founding fathers feared, yes. That has been going on for some time now.

It has its problems, but to say it is screwed as in our government is on the verge of collapse then no, I dont think it is "screwed".

It has been screwed for too long now - too many Republicans and Democrats in office will do that.

If voters would wise up (FINALLY) and stop voting for Republicans *and* Democrats, we could actually change things.

If the American People would know what have been done to their financial system, since it's begining, you would have a Revolution before the morning...

Sure. It has been that way for a long time. People don;t care about substance any more... just who looks good on camera... we can not get any good candidates for anything!
