No, for the most part stupid can not be fixed because it infers that the individual doesn't have the mental capacity of learn more. Ignorance can be fixed by taking advantage of opportunities to learn or see things in a different way. Unfortunately, our world isn't plagued with near as many people who are unfortunately stupid as it is with those who for one reason or another chose to be ignorant.

No, I actually have a theory that natural selection is now going in reverse. Stupid people are having heaps of kids, and smart ones are having one, if any, stupid will eventually inherit the earth.

stupid can be fixed if we are lucky they usually do somin stupid and fix the problem for us. but on those occasions they don't i say 7.62 nato round can do the job......
