Other than urine, does anything else normally come out of a woman's urethra? Any other sort of liquids?

No. If you are seeing blood, pus, or anything at all other than urine coming out of that hole, then you should seek medical attention.

Only urine comes out of a healthy urethra. Of course there are all sorts of abnormalities and that list of what could come out is a long one.

Additionally, you have heard of women who actually "gush" with orgasm. This is apparently a milky fluid not thought to be urine, or at least pure urine. There is some thought that this gushing originates from the urethra. There is no consensus on the matter, though.

The urethra is connected to the bladder, so if you have an infection in the urinary tract, kidney or bladder you may eliminate blood or puss through the urethra.

I so one really strange case in the hospital of a man who's colon was slightly connected to his urethra and he peed out fecal matter, that is REALLY rare though.

Sometimes there will be a clearish white substance, which usually is just normal secretions. If it is foul-smelling, thick white or any other color, it may be an infection.
