I dont know even if i am having chest pressure? so i do smoke alot and was wondering if it could cause pressure? what does pressure exactly feel like?will i know i have it when i have it?

Depending on your overall health ... it can raise your blood pressure and THAT can cause a heavy feeling in your chest. If you have to ask, (and I don't make that remark flippantly) you're probably just feeling anxious or guilty about smoking, and THAT can cause chest discomfort. Pain/discomfort is a hard thing to quantify. My chest pressure might feel completely different than yours. The best thing to do? Ask a doctor or nurse and don't chain smoke.
