If she sleeps on her back, the weight of the baby may be resting on her vena cava which can decrease her blood pressure. It is best to have her lay on her left side to facilitate the best O2 flow, etc. Maybe this will help

Well, just make sure she doesn't roll over on her stomach while she's asleep. It will kill the baby. :( I actually know someone that happened to. BE CAREFFUL ABOUT THAT. Oh yeah, try giving her some Benadryl...or however you spell it. That stuff ALWAYS knocks me out!!!!! lol
Good Luck With The Baby
I wish you the best of luck!!!!!

get an air conditioner and a body pillow for her to snuggle with if shes used to sleeping on her stomach this should ease some of her frustrations...DO NOT give her benadryl or any medications unless her doctor tells her to take it !!!!

it is part of her body getting ready for the schedule of the baby. buy her some tea and a lavender sachet and maybe she will. it is normal. i don't think she should try benadryl for the baby's sake.
