Yes I've stayed at Wynn. 3 times in fact, and its only been open a little over a year. I have extensive experience in both travel worldwide and in Las Vegas. I've stayed at Mirage, TI, Bellagio, MGM, MC, Venetian and others in Vegas. Wynn Las Vegas is by far the single best property in town, bar none. Bellagio is a close second, but Wynn is a better, newer, and nicer property. Its more casual, and laid back than Bellagio, and the rooms are much nicer. There are some amazing deals at Wynn and if you use promo code SMR06 online, you should save some money. Go check out Wynn, you won't be disappointed!

Ok, Wynn will be a million times better than Flamingo, Stratosphere or Luxor. It is probably one of the nicest hotels in Las Vegas (only Bellagio can compare) or the US for that matter.
Every room has Plasma TV's (one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom) wall to wall and floor to ceiling windows, automated blinds, the best bed you ever slept on, and anything else you could ever want. I almost forgot great service too.
I stayed there after they opened and it was amazing.
Hope that helps.

I would venture to say that it would depend on one main thing(I am Owner of a Travel Agency):

1-Do you have a specific checkin/checkout date in mind?

Now to answer your question regarding Wynn Las Vegas, assuming that you have the financial means to stay there, I highly recommend a stay there(I have stayed there and was really impressed with the facilities). This is one of the few Hotels on the Strip that have almost everything to offer. Too many things to list here as I'd risk writing a biography in this space. I also know they have very competitive rates for Labor Day and beyond. If you could kindly either call, email me at: indysteve1563@yahoo.com, or reach me through Yahoo Messenger with what you have in mind, we can see what's available at WYNN LAS VEGAS that is available after Labor Day and at the same time, competitively priced.

I was at a wedding over the 4th of July and stayed at the Bellagio. One of the guests stayed at the Wynn and he's a world traveler. He said he found "The" Vegas hotel.. Wynn!! He said it was pricey ($300 anight) but it was worth it.

I stayed at the Bellagio and got a great internet rate of $179. It was luxurious and my bed was sooo comfy! I recommend Bellagio for their resort and service, but if the other guy liked the Wynn, I gotta give that a try too!

I had family stay at Circus Circus and They hated it, because they had to wait 30 mins just to get in the elevator, cuz there was so many people. Not only that the rooms were really small.
-If you are going to Vegas and want to stay Comfortably near the strip I would suggest Summer Bay Resort. It is really nice there. It is one block off the strip so you can walk to where you want to go and your car safe. There are about 16 pools on the resort It is huge and the price is right. I got a room there that had 2 BATHROOMS and 2 BEDROOMS and a full kitchen with stove, pots and pans, with fridge. And It was quiet so you can rest. I paid only $66.00 a night for the room.
-The website for reservations is www.hotelkingdom.com It doesn't provide much photos of hotel but you can go to other sites to view more picture.
-Hope this helps.

Given the three previous places you've stayed; I think you should also consider Mandalay Bay, and if your finances can handle it; THE Hotel, inside that complex. There is a "craziness" in the good sense to the vibe at Man. Bay; and the luxury is a tad less obvious than exists at Wynn; but still present there. Plus, Wynn still attracts a goodly number of the old Desert Inn crowd.

We stayed at Wynn last November for 4 nights ... loved the place. The rooms are great (we had a strip view) and have a love seat, table and chairs, desk with chair, and a bed of course. Beds are super comfortable. Bathroom is really neat and has a flat screen tv.

The buffet at Wynn's is really good also. I like the casino and the penny Steve Wynn slots are fun to play, and I always win on them. Nice shops, and great pool.

Stay at Wynn if you can afford it!

Comparing apples to vegtables...
Wynn verses flamingo is like comparing a Rolls Royce to a Yugo.

The Wynn has all the modern bells and whistles. Guests rave about the rooms. The toys, the electronic drapes, the views and the Room itself...

I guess that is where he spent all his $2.7 billion...
Check their calander for specials and restrictions. but for first class accomadations, it cant be beat except by the Four Seasons

I would go either Mirage for food/gambling/clubbing or Venetian for elegance. Paris LV is nice too, but too small. New York New York has a great atmosphere and is the place to be for 21-30 crowd.

Have fun!!!
