Get in touch with Catalano Music on Jericho Tpke, in New Hyde Park, NY. If he doesn't have it, he can get it. I used to own a guitar store in Flushing and he's the guy I dealt with. Unfortunately, I closed down years ago and lost track of his phone number, but he's in the book; maybe even on the Net.
