Just stare at something in the back of the room. I did concert choir for 8 years, and that's always what I did because it was a little nerve-racking to see so many people staring at me (even though they were really looking at everyone, it felt like they were looking at just me). So I'd focus on a clock or a door or something and sing at that instead. It also makes it look like you're looking at the audience and you're confident about it. I never could get that "audience in their underwear/naked" thing to work for me, but I have a bad visual imagination lol! But you can still try it if you think it will work for you. Practice in front of your friends and family for a couple days before hand to get you a little more ready for it.
I'm sure you'll do fine!! GOOD LUCK!!!!!! Just make sure you take a lot of deep breaths and if you're standing, don't lock your knees! That's the number one way that people end up passing out. My choral directors always warned us against that. Just stand straight but comfortably. And smile! You'll do great!

If this is your first time singing in front of a lot of people than I know how you feel because I have been there. There are a few things you could try. One is you could picture everyone naked. Two is that you could look at something at the back of the room. For example, clock or door or even a poster. Three is the easiest, just take deep breaths and relax. I hope you do great. And good luck.

Practice singing in front of anyone who will
listen. Do this anywhere. Bigger the groups,
the better.
Sing something you know well.
Remember to breath.
Your voice is yours. You own it.
Make us proud.

Stage fright...lots of people have it and conquer it. I hate to use that old advice of picturing the audience in their underwear, but it really will relax you (and crack you up)
