You don't. One's length one's mass.
It's almost like asking "how do i convert a foot into a pound?"

The millimeter is a unit of distance, while the kilogram is a unit of mass (weight). Your question might have to do with proportions. But you need more information to answer it.

the steps are K H D M D C M
to rememeber the sequence you can say "King Henry Died Monday Drinking Chocolate Milk"
you divide 3 by 1,000,000 because going right you multiple by 10 each time.going to the left you divide each time by 10. I hope that helps!! Im sorry. i'm terrible at explaining stuff like this.

You can't because they measure two different things. It's like asking how can I convert 3 feet 2 inches into pounds.

do you mean into Kilometers?
1 km = 1000 metres
1 metre = 1000 mm
so 3 mm is 0.0000003 km, or 3 millionths

you need to know what material you have 3mm of, the other dimensions - so you can get its volume - and the density of the material
once you have that you calculate the volume, multiply by the density and you end up with its mass
