I am recieving unknown call then my internet connection will stop.?

Do you have call waiting? If so, you have to use a special connector on your phone jacks to bypass the call waiting function of your telephone line or every time a call comes in it will kill your internet connection. SBC provides the hardware and instructions. Other internet providers should. If yours doesn't then check out your local computer store and explain the problem to them.
