Here's how to tell if he's getting paid:
- click on the url. He's using www.tinyurl.com which basically masks the destination, but you'll see it briefly display if you watch your browser address bar closely.
- if the url looks like this: www.site.com/?12233 or similar, that's an "affiliate link" and he's getting paid.
Watch closely, it may flash for just a second, then change to a regular looking address.
In this guy's case, I suspect he actually owns this site:
http://users.cjb.net/dataentryjob/data%20entry.html
And is both selling his "Secret system" and collecting email addresses to spam you with offers for moneymaking stuff.

hey, I am an internet marketer. He is providing with an affiliate url, what that is is if you werre to click the url link, and go to the site...their would be a sales page with a special cookie imbedded. If you then bought the offer, he would get a commission. Thats how that works.

I think it is more likely he is hoping someone actually takes his suggestion - THEN he gets paid.
Clearly he is marketing.
