PSP media manager. It's a kit/program to put games, music and videos on your PSP. Sold at Walmart, Best Buy, Circuit City. You will also need a 128 memory card.

The long and short of it: You can't, legitimately. Look up an emulator, install that, and follow the directions within it's readme.txt. Make sure you have Windows XP or 2000, so that you can use My Computer to access your PSP as an external HDD. Chances are, you'll end up saving them in a folder labeled GAMES (capslock because, by default, that's how the folders on the PSP are labeled), since photos go in PHOTOS and music goes in MUSIC.
