I am planning a brief stay in Las Vegas, where are the "best" paying slot machines there? What casino and what slot machines paid off big for you? Was your winning recent, within a few months of this posting? Buffet: Where and was it Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner?

I have always had the best luck with slots at Caesar's. My favorite is Double Diamond Deluxe, because the payouts are more frequent. In fact, on my trip in January, I won the jackpot ($400) on a 25-cent DDD slot there.
The best dinner buffet I had was at Paris. I can't remember the name of the restaurant, but it's located inside the shopping area. It's the only buffet place I know of in that casino, so it should be easy to find. Another good all around buffet is at Bally's. The Aladdin (soon to be Planet Hollywood) also apparently has a good buffet, but I never got in because the line was too long and I was too impatient and hungry!
