He is my food Guru. As a food scientist i enjoy his show so much as he teaches both the art and the science of food.

I have cooked a lot of things he has made. My family's favorite is his Stuffed Mushrooms recipe. It is YUMMY!

I love Alton Brown. He is one of the top 3 people alive in my book. Yes I would what he cooked. I love food.

I enjoy Brown's show; but I've tried to follow some of his advice- mostly about selecting ingredients- and I've found a lot of the stuff he reccomends you simply can't find in the stores.... not affordably anyway.

Yes. I would cook the fried chicken he made about two months ago. He was very informative. I didn't know you could do so much to screw up fried chicken.

He is great and a good teacher. I get his recipes from the internet and they are good.
