Go to the Yahoo home page then click on More Yahoo Services then click on Avator under Communication and then just follow the directions. Have fun

@ ur mail page click on the gray picture and pick its gender then go to apperence and pic the skin color and the hair style and then click on aperal and pick clothes. After, go to extras (if u want) and pick little things to go with ur avatars outfit and then pick a background. then ur done!! lol hope u dont have any trouble!
