Trust Me. Take it from a 16 year old. Ive had over 50 tooth aches. Personally, Advil, Tylenol, and Motrin, Those only quite the ache down just a little. The thing for you is, Ora gel. Not only does it stop it. It also numbs it. But it's only for tempoary use until you see a dentist.

Hope You Feel Better Soon.

I was told by someone to brush your teeth. If you have a hole in the tooth you may have food particles in it, which will cause it to ache. Use baking soda on the toothbrush, and pour peroxide on the brush. The peroxide will kill the germs. Keep doing it until the ache goes away. Swish you rmouth with water or mouthwash to help remove the food particles. You can also get some advil or ibuprofen in the gel form. Take a pin and pop it open and squeeze it on your tooth and around the gum.

Ora-jel or Anbesol wors fairly well if the tooth is not infected. Also ibuprofen, advil,or aspirin is even better if you can handle it. Get to a dentist as fast as you can. These are only quick fixes.

He needs an antibiotic. Take him to the nearest emergency room and they can prescribe an antibiotic, usually a 10 day supply, but you need to get into a dentist ASAP
