Seriously, I would do everything I could to find alternative energy sources. If all the great scientific minds could work together, it would be a simple solution. Oil is expensive, allows the rich to become richer at the expense of the poor or middle-class, and there has to be another another source of fuel, that also will not hurt the environment.
There are advances in medicine every day. Imagine what the great medical minds could do if they worked toward cures for cancer, heart disease, AIDS.
In short, as surpreme ruler, every decision would be based helping others.

I think I would probably turn it down. There is and always will be only one Supreme Being, ruler or otherwise. As a Christian, I could never put my self on the same level as God.

you cant rule the whole world. there are diffrent countries with their own government with their own set of rules with serious consequences..
if we has a supreme ruler for the world, then no one would agree on the laws or anything. civil war everything
but.. if i was appointed it.. i would give free ice cream but i get the most.

I would devise a plan to end world hunger.
Secondly:
I would go shopping!
Thirdly:
Go to Disney world and any other place I wanted to go to
Fourthly:
I would have the coolest palace the world has ever seen!
Fifthly:
Total makeover dude!
Sixlthy:
I would rule the world and make sure no one gets out of line..or else.
Sevently:
Buy medievel torturing supplies.
Stick to the rules..

I would declare peace and love. I would institute the 3-meal a day policy for everybody, especially the little children, a nice house, with nice furnishings, a cozy bed for everybody, and knowledge of how to take care of things. Education and a gainful job for everybody. Health for everybody. Love, care and respect for the young and the elderly. Abolition of greed, drug use, murder, hate, racial bias--this is just for starter.

Reverse interest and start a new game for human beings.
The money game is cool but I'd like to see how each culture would express them selves if we were all wealthy.
