There are some ways, but all of them are very unhealthy. Like skipping breakfast, eating crap and junk, eating just before you go to bed, etc.

The short answer? Do everything you're not supposed to!
Weight gained (not due to muscles) is really stored fats, and stored fats comes from eating an excess of sugars (like carbs and simple sugar) as well as lipids (fats).
Your body uses as much as it can, and whatever else it can derive from the food that it can't use, is stored away. If you have a fast metabolism and your body burns a lot of calories per day (some say you might be lucky) there are two simple ways to turn it around--provided you are sure you want to!
You can either:
1) dont exercise or exert yourself as much; reduce your activity. This will cause your body to burn less on a daily basis.
2) eat more than you need too, especially foods that are "bad" for you that are high in simple sugars and fats. Pasta is a huge culprit in weight gain, for instance.

You'll start gaining weight with age. Metabolism slows down as you age. In the meantime, just be glad that you don't have to struggle with keeping your weight down.

i'm guessing by your picture and what-not, that you're a girl. i know girls are usually opposed to anything having to do with weights because they don't want to "get huge," but bear with me.
for starters, gaining weight, like losing weight, is simple math. to gain, consume more calories than you burn. to lose, burn more than you consume. it's not that easy, though, because you have to consume the right foods to do it healthily. match them with a good exercise program and you'll put on healthy weight. ignore anyone that says to eat junk, high-fat foods, etc. that's not healthy weight.
now...
weight training. i'm not going to suggest a specific program because i don't know you, your workout history, your body-type, etc. but, here are some basics in non-tech. terms:
high-weight, low-rep training will help your fast-twitch muscle system. low-weight, high-rep training will help endurance. i suggest doing a mixture of both with a focus on high-weight low-rep. don't focus on body-part training, either. do full-body workouts 3 or more days a week (be careful with rest periods, etc...) using core exercises such as bench-press, squats, pull-ups, lunges, etc. unless you're body-building, really focusing on a specific muscle group, such as biceps, can be a waste of time.
but, you may be thinking, exercise will speed up your metabolism. very true. this is where food comes in. lucky for you, eat a lot. eat within the hour after a workout because your body is most open to nutrients. for food groups, stay balanced but focus on high-protein, high-carb food. eat tons of rice, pasta, cereal, red meat (lean), fish, chicken, beans, oatmeal, cereal (not the sugary kind), and dairy. also, eat about 6 times a day. not necessarily full meals all 6 times, but eat 6 or so times a day.
the protein will aid in your body's muscle-building process. contrary to the saying, muscle does not weight more than fat. a pound of muscle equals a pound of fat. muscle is, however, more dense than fat. by burning fat and building muscle you can gain weight.
the carbohydrates will fuel you through your workouts and also help you get your calorie surplus. they are essential.
there is a lot more that goes into eating right for training, and training itself, but hopefully this gets you started.
i promise you won't look like a man even if you lift like a man. the women that do get a male-type body, make a very special, hard effort to do so. if you exercise and eat plenty, you'll gain weight. just please, for your sake, don't try to do it by eating fatty foods and not exercising. that's not the way to go.
if you have any follow-up questions feel free to e-mail me at jc21_rocks@hotmail.com with something along the lines of this question in the subject line so i don't delete it.
i hope this helps, and good luck.
