Will JH be productive this year. They say he's slated to start because Culpepper won't be ready in time. Please answer why or why not as detailed as possible.

No, I don't think he will be good this year. He had his time to shine with the Detroit Lions, and couldn't pull it off. He had 4 great receivers to throw to, not to mention a decent running back. I honestly think Joey Harrington just don't have any confidence in himself. He's way to up and down and just flat out sucks under pressure. If he has a good year in the next 3-4 years I will be amazed. Good luck to him!

Not likely. He got more than his fair share of opportunities in Detroit and the Lions ended up with the NFL's worst record over the past 5 years. Culpepper's rehab is going much better than expected, and he is actually used to winning. Harrington will be a good backup but if the Dolphins want to finally beat the Pats in the afc east (and they can), Daunte will start.

The only reason JH failed in Detriot was because it's Detriot! They got an unexperienced Matt Millen as the GM, great offensive players but playing a weak system, and did I mention it's Detriot we're talking about? JH will do good things in Miami! Culpepper better watch out!

Culpepper is going to be ready for Week 1, last I heard. But I think Harrington could be a Pro Bowl-caliber clipboard holder.

I dont think so. I think hell have a decent opportunity to play because of Culpeppers injuries and also because Culpepper himself isnt that good. They also have two servicable receivers in Chambers and Booker. A very good receiving tight end in McMichael and a good running back duo in Konrad and Ronnie Brown.

With the talent Harrington had around him, he could compete as a QB. Now he's in a similar situation. I'm sorry but I see Harrington as a reincarnation of Heath Shuler.
