You can definitely learn how to knit on the web.
Some people do well with written instructions and illustrations, and others learn better by watching someone else.

I know how to & have been for a very long time now. knitting isn't something you can learn online...you need to have someone show you how, and watch or a learning knitting book. Try starting will somthing simple until you are comfortable enough. Ask your mum, grandmother, or anyone else who knows how...it's fun and easy.

It's really hard to get the right idea from pictures. It's possible, but it took me and my roommates a few days to figure it out. I noticed my library had an old video that teaches knitting the other day. Maybe you could check the library.

i kinda no how... my g'ma tried to teach me, it is way harder than i thought!!! i made half-a scarf and all through it theres holes cause i dropped a couple of stitches but i think its really fun so yah have fun and good luck!!!
