Is there really a secret society of pick-up artists? And do they really successfully pick-up women?

I read the "Game" by Neil Stauss, and am wondering if this is for real. If it is real would it be bad to try some of the techniques?

OK. The good news. Yes. It is real. I know...because I am a card carrying member of the seduction community. I started reading all of this stuff about five years ago, and applying the techniques about two years ago. Note the delay, it's very important. It takes time to apply these techniques.

In the past few months, I have dated, kissed and slept with more women than I thought possible. This is not a boast. This is fact.

Becoming a true PUA is very hard work. It's very psychologically, physically and mentally very hard. In order to master this stuff you will end up doing some of the hardest things in your life. You will be pushed out of your "comfort zone" so many times your head will spin.
There is no magic phrase, book, hat ... that will make a woman instantly hot for you.
This is not the path for the weak.

But if you persist, the rewards are there.

This means...it's not about looks, money, or height. It's about personality. Personality can be refined, getting rid of the flaws in yourself (laziness or procrastination for example) and letting the "real you" shine out. These skills can be learned by anyone.

Look. I don't know you, but I guarantee that I have been in the place where you have been. The loneliness, the frustration and the need to meet a woman who deserves you. I believe in you, and believe that you can learn these skills IF you put in the effort.
