How come the liers have more credibility in world's politics?

A palestinian terrorist throws bombs to Israel, but he hides among civilians, especially children. When Israel answers and kills the terrorist, probably injures some civilians too. Then all the world press and world leaders do, is condemn Israel, they don't condemn neither the terrorists or his tactics.

Strictly about liars and politicians or world leaders (that was your first question) their assumed credibility comes because, like a den of thieves, they stick together, hiding the truth among their numbers, talking riddles or verbal slight of hand to the press, which, like them, wants to foster the lie and promote it further. This is what the truth is up against in such places as the United Nations and, to a lesser extent, the U.S. Congress.

Terrorism has become a mindset in some places of the world. As analysts like to forgive it, it is the weak people's way to fight against the strong. Of course, this is hog wash. Terrorism is a political tool wielded by diabolical agents to scare and disorient populations, and as they see it, hopefully bring down governments by ruthless manipulation of the weak amongst themselves (suicide bombers) and through attrition against their targets as people lose the will to defend themselves. Since much of the world is blind to this, so too is the world press, who love nothing more than to pick sides and provide cover for it in their "new" journalism.

You are see this from the safety of your home so far from the battle that there is no possible way you can be hurt from it or affected by it.

The Palestinians are poor. They do not have 6Million dollar tanks or 3million dollar helicopters along with million dollar smart bombs that do not hit the intended target.

Imagine if you will a country so small that a tank can fire its round from outside the borders and hit any place(relativity) in the country. Now imagine that the neighboring country that is a lot wealthier than you is blockading your country, stealing your water, is you only source of income (because of them) has stolen your ancestral lands refuses to talk to the elected officials, intimidates and promotes violence in the ranks of a faction that some where trying to down play and then uses excessive force to retaliate when this more violent faction takes a soldier prisoner.

Imagine again a neighbor of yours on the beach whose children were killed or maimed because this very wealthy neighbor lobed a few tank shells at a target and either missed entirely or just were not aiming at anything in particular and this was retaliation.

Your small country does not have the hundreds of millions of dollars for military expenses that the neighboring country has. No helicopters or tanks or jet airplanes or smart bombs etcetera.

You are extremely angry at your neighbor BUT what can you do !

One day you wake up to an explosion and your neighbor who you know was a peaceful sort of person is dead because of a stray tank or helicopter or jet round that came from outside of your country.
You think to your self that tomorrow or latter today I might die just like my neighbor without doing anything to stop this from happening again.
You make a faithful decision to become a smart bomb ( one that can decide when , were and if to go off ) Yes you know you will die but death is inevitable and we will all die eventually at least you would get the chance to decide how, where , why and if it is for a cause you believe in or not.

The media only gives us so much of the story.
There is ALWAYS at least two side to every conflict.
There are several things that I wish were done to help the Palestinians and the Israels ( for that matter everyone )live in harmony and peace on this small planet.

Part of the problem is that there are more and more people fighting for less and less resources and a lot of those rare resources are being wasted fighting for those rare resources.

How come President Bush is still so popular? You have got to really know that he knew that there were no weapons of mass destruction ( nuclear , biological , chemical ) in Iraq. When Mr. Rumsfeld said they knew where they were there were weapons inspectors in the country at the time. They could have said look here or there but they were intentionally vague (lied) How come the liars have more credibility in world's politics?

What do you know about the Palestinian side of the struggle? When was the last time you saw any Palestinians interviewed for American news consumption. Until you have the whole story, you should not make judgments.

And, no, I'm not Palestinian, but obviously better informed than you happen to be. Get the facts then see if you can come back with such a question.

Then Israel should stay out of Gaza and now Lebanon. Israel is only as strong as the USA hasmade her..she is like a headstrong child, the worst thing is that the child has done nothing for years but agitate and provoke.

The world sees your well armed soldiers and tanks against people with small arms and rocks. Photos don't lie.

Everyone wants to believe in bringing the aggressor to justice. But in the midst of bringing that person(s) to justice they buck and the the people bringing the justice must kill that person and if unfortunately civilians get killed all the world is outraged over these few civilians and immediately forget about the the that have and would have been killed by the original aggressor.

Sometimes it's charisma, in the case of leaders. If we feel some sorrow for the tragic history of many Palestinians, it does not follow that any should excuse acts of terrorism in any form. Such acts are the desparate last gasp of losers who have lost all respect for their own life and equally have none for the lives of others. It is yet more tragic.

OK if a police arrest a criminal for let's say robbery the criminal would look bad, but if the police robbed him during the arrest that will make the news. You can't put out fire with fire. If terrorist acts are repugnant more are those of a country that does the same thing.
