Motorola has a software available in which u can transfer your phonebook and pics back and forth from pc to phone.Go to ebay.com and u could easily find it

try downloading your info my popping in the cd that came with you phone, save the pictures to my document.
Then try opening the pictures & saving them from your pictures or "my documents" or where - ever you decide to save them.

send MMS to your e-mail...i've done it before...it really works...or if your handphone support usb port..then you will need a usb port....same goes bluetooth and infra red
