Are people always doing the wrong things to you?

Anger is a response to powerlessness, obstacles without good reason, acts that have no good motive even in a selfish way, acts that make us ask "why". Sometimes our anger of the moment may resolve to peace when we gain insight into its determinants that give us comprehesion of its neccessity or unavoidability.

Perhaps there is something for which you can not explain that disturbs your peace, your sense of well being. Knowing the determinatants for that inexplicable something may help. If this persistent anger is of brain damage, then the learning therapy won't work.

Many men/boys express all of their negative feelings through anger. We are socially conditioned to express anger as it is thought of as masculine. Knowing yourself - being able to really know what you feel - disappointment, sadness, loneliness, fear and other emotions - expressing them and getting what you need to feel better - that reduces anger. Expressing anger when you're feeling other feelings pushes people away, which usually leads to more anger.
