That is a multi-layered question.
A man is looking for different things in a woman at different times.
Men will always be drawn to a beautiful woman, we are wired that way. Do we want to stay with her? ....depends
I've seen women who you can't figure out, I mean you look at them and they are not particularly ...good looking, but something about them, the way they walk or move, or the way they talk to you or look you in the eye, something you just can't quite figure out, makes them beautifully attractive. Some women are just comfortable inside their skin...I..Don't...
You can't explain this.
Men and women like people who make them laugh.
If that is personality then, Yes, personality.
Men want it all.
The couple both suffer in the long run if looks was the only attraction.

It's LUST, it's LOVE, & it's LIFE
Shes hot .....shes Smart......and we work well together.
Boys like trophies...and getting lucky (we all like that)
The looks might get his attention, but it's the whole package that gets you home to meet mom.
That's all I can say with the kids awake.
Looks ain't everything, they don't hurt, but there is allot more.
My Wife...Well, Miss Tulsa....yeah I know......but shes smart too.
She wants to be a Model, or a Brain surgeon.
Seriously she was Miss Tulsa, she is now Grandma to a whole bunch of grandchildren.

There are beautiful women out there who are butt ugly on the inside. There are so-so women who are the nicest people you'd ever want to meet. I was looking for an attractive (my definition) girl with a good personality. I found her and we've been together 20 years this month (married 19). Look carefully !

The trend is that ugly women tend to have better personalities while pretty women have not. The idea is you'll have to give up on something inorder to gain something. So from what I see, most men give up good personalities in return for better looking.
Its the first impression counts!

Hopefully you get both. If a man is smart there personality is much more important. If you are going to be with a person for a long time(forever?). Being able to talk to and depend on your partner is so much more important.

Those who are interested in good looking women, they have priority to good looking,but for those who are interested in personality which include attitude,job requirements or any other thing look for personality and not the buty and sex appeal of women.

Well, looks aren't everything y do help. Looks open a door to make a guy want to know your personality.

I don't think most men probably look at us any different then most of us look at them. Find one you think is cute, and the reason they caught your eye...then check out the personality...
