He will seek out a same -sex friend, but add in puberty, they often sexualize this feeling and act on it. They feel more like a male if they have sex with another male.
The feeling different at a young age then sexualizing with a same sex partner, which is different from the norm, these people take their I don't fit in feelings from a young age and reason out, " I was always this way, I was born this way".

For some it is experimenting with sex at a young age. Maybe even an older child who wants his penis sucked convinces another younger boy that it is ok and it feels good. Most boys move on from this stage and pursue girls. But, some get stuck there. Add in an inferiority complex and they are stuck. Also it is all they know sexually. It is easy and comfortable.

One element that is common in all three reasons above is that the person is unaware of the unconscious choice they are making to pursue same-sex-sex.
People to often act on their impulse, desires without questioning them.
The same sex-sex is rooted not in what is best, but in what is most immediate in terms of gratification. The root of the word addiction comes from the Latin "addicere", which means, "to favor". To favor what? It means that you favor what your desires want. If you allow your desires to do the thinking for you, addictive behavior can be the result.
Your desires will convince you that you have no choice because it is not in the interest of your desires that you have a choice.

Why did you turn straight? I won't say we were all born that way, as such. Before adolescence, we have no sexual orientation, because we're not really sexual beings yet. There's no sexual awareness. This is an incredibly foolish question, because there is no conclusive answer as for why some people turn gay and some people turn straight, so people are going to give you anything that might support whatever current theory is, and you're going to walk away believing which ever one fits into your already conceived schema.

I 100% believe people do chose to be gay as well as been born with it. I have been with men and only ever had good relationships with them.. Then I fell in love with a woman! They don't turn gay as far as I know. They may have dated girls either so they wouldn't get hassled by people regarding sexual preference, or they didn't want to dissapoint family, maybe they wanted to be "sure". Maybe they were dissapointed they'd never have any children and thought they'd give it a try first?? Who knows, but I don't think they "turn" gay. If you look at the studies , it shows they usually have a higher level of estrogen early on.

today's men go thru sexual maturity with less peer pressure ( a doctor asked my son at 12 if he had 'chosen' to be with boys or girls; go figure what kind of idiot that is - we never returned as my son was pretty traumatized afterwards). so a man can 'decide' even after 20 years of marriage to abandon his wife and kids and wiggling his behind on gay cruise ships. No questions asked.

once you have realized as a guy that you don't mind the smell or physical contact with another man, you will get used to it fast. especially as getting sex from another gay man is not the highpoint of a relationship but often the start or the only thing happening. men are sex-obsessed, so getting it easy and often with multiple partners is heaven on earth. brad pitt would not get laid so fast by so many girls as a regular gay dude gets sexual offers on a regular night out! a girl cannot compete and should never try to compete with the sexual promiscuity in the gay community.

by nature men dislike other mens smell and sweat, as they are each others competition to reciprocrate with finnicky women. every men is programmed to have as much sex as possible with as many women as possible to have as many kids as possible. so his genes can prevail. nature didn't program condoms into the system to prevent homosexuality, but AIDS. (This is the lucky choice gay men have today: condoms or AIDS. Yet many cry over having to use a rubber and prefer to die slowly).

drugs and sex are tightly connected in the gay community. more than in the hetero world. cops hate snooping around in the gay clubs and their darkrooms where the orgy stuff happens ( sista, you have NO idea how much is going on compared to a straight club! no condoms, no question, nobody being denied for anything. No straight disco ever saw anything like big city gay club orgies offer all over the world -- for free). drugs lower inhibitions. sometimes to the point that a gay guy fondles a drunk guy. gay guys always boast about 'turning a straight guy queer'. dangerous stuff because the straight guy may result to violence when getting sober. trannies get beaten all the time by faking to be a woman or something special.

if you have loving, not over-sexed, not under-sexed, not divorced and divorced again mother AND father, who guide you firmly but not oppressing and certainly not too liberal into and thru your teenage years you and your brothers SHOULD come out straight by all means. Because that's how humans multiply themselves and go thru evolution.

Sorry that this 'happened' to your bro's, but I do know a pair of identical twins and one of them is straight, married and has kids. The other is pinker than a flamingo.

actually it depends on the person. There are experiences that do "change" people toward the same gender. My friend was straight and he went with this girl who totally acted immature and embarrassed him so bad. He was hurt and somehow he resented that fact on what she has done and held it against women. A wonderful young man he is though!
