The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. The two wars where the Opium Wars fought with Kingdom of China in the mid 19th Century. According to Wikipedia, France sided with Britain in the second war.

ad there is aother side of story people dot kow.where do you thik the ritish got opium in such large volumes. the British forced Indian farmers to abandon their traditional crops and cultivate popy and bbought them at the prices they themselves fixed..this ledd to many indian farmers dying of starvations..and those who rebbeled against poppy cultivations were shot dead
