obviously the people who have answered no have absolutely no experience with babies.

babies CAN be born with a full set of teeth, just one, or none. it just depends on how fast they develop in the womb.

Babies CAN be born with teeth at birth. Some babies even have an "extra" tooth or two, meaning that it will fall out soon and be replaced by a regular baby tooth and later on an adult tooth. It has more to do with genetics than anything else.

ok got this from WebMD
What Should I Do if My Baby Was Born With Teeth?

Some infants are born with one or more teeth (called natal teeth) or may have teeth emerge within the first 30 days of life (called neonatal teeth).

These usually are either extra teeth or are remnants from neonatal development that do not need treatment. If they are, however, actual teeth, it's a good idea to maintain them. Your doctor, however, may recommend removing them if the teeth are loose and pose a danger of being inhaled by your baby. Early teeth may also interfere with feeding or irritate your baby's tongue.

Talk to your doctor to see what treatment is right for your baby

I have heard stories of babies being born with teeth, they call them milk teeth. My daughter is 17 months old and she only has 6 teeth and it took her forever to get them she was about 10 months when she got her first 2 teeth and 14 months when 4 came in all at one time my son on the other hand was 6 months when he got his first tooth.

All babies are born with teeth. Few of them have them *outiside* the gums. But, yes, occasionally a baby is born with the teeth already out.

Babies can be born with teeth, but they are usually pulled in case they come loose so the baby won't choke on them.
