There is another movie about a sniper basically telling someone not to move or they would shot. and its called "Liberty Stands Still" with wesley snipes. Its an ok movie but i would not say that its the best. I think that phonebooth somehow copied it with the sniper thing but its still an ok movie. You have to watch it to rate it i guess :)
