And in the divorce papers it states that father is not responsible for college because I pay 2000 dollars a month in child support, and now the exwife is going to take me back into court for more money for college, do you think she'll get more money from me?

If it's in writing she can't get anymore money.

If it is stated in your divorce decree that you are NOT responsible for college tuition, but doesn't specify additional college related expenses (ie: books), then you may be responsible for half of the additional expenses, but not for tuition.

Now if the decree has been modified since your divorce, you will want to read over everything carefully to see if there were any changes made that you weren't aware of (this is how sole custody of my daughter became joint custody). These changes could be due to clerical error or an incompetent attorney.

Be careful and read the whole thing thoroughly and then call your attorney.

Good luck!

I assume this is college money for the kids.
Yes, you are responsible to pay child support for an "unemancipated" adult child. Meaning that if the child is suited for, and has been accepted in college, you will have to pay child support and share in the cost for tuition and fees.
If the child lives in the dorm, then you can ask for a reduction in child support and pay a share for room and board instead.
If you are not happy paying the CS, you can privately with your ex arrange not to pay her child support and pay the tuition and board instead and then take the rebate on your taxes. You'll have to work out the numbers as it depends on how expensive college is vs what you're paying in support relative to each of your incomes.
