Rove should receive as much time as President Carter for exposing an agent in Soviet Russia that resulted in his execution Remember our national religion of liberal athelsm demands we say nothing bad about any liberal and to spew only hate at all others, so Rove should get 3X life sentances. Even if the prosacuter is a hateful bigoted jerk who uses his office to further a political agenda isn't that the purpose of the legal system to push us into a socalist state? Since the voters wont do it themselves

Wow...you got this from Fox News? Aren't you guys constantly telling us that they're a right-wing propaganda machine? Kinda blows a hole in that theory, huh?
Rove was not and will not be indicted, and as such, will not be going to jail. Sorry to disappoint you all.
Kris M: If you're going to cite the Constitution, please get it right. Article III, Section 3:
"The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason..."
It doesn't call for death; besides, I thought you guys opposed the death penalty...

Since I do not see, in that report, that his actions caused the death of any, a sound thrashing and pillory for 3 years. He must repay any and all taxpayers monies that he ever recieved for anything. add a 1million fine and 3million in damages to that lady to defray the costs of the court and whatnot.

Let's see - doesn't that fall under the heading of treason? Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't people convicted of treason usually get executed? No prison term there.
