When the T-Rex had just broken out and flipped over the cars, Grant and the girl were next to the car trying to get Tim out. The T-Rex comes out and can't see the two because they are not moving.

in the movie? i dont know. but that theory that if you don't move, the t.rex can't see you has been discredited.
