I added a girl to my myspace who had a link on her page to this website, http://www.toponlinesurveys.com/, that says is pays you to take surveys. Butttt it charges you $35 to sign up. Could this be real, or do you think it's a scam?

If you do not check a company before entering into a transaction, you could lose your money, time and credibility. Some widely used resources are the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) and the national fraud center ( www.fraud.org) These days, you can easily find out more about a company using the internet in a few minutes. From a company's website, you can details about its ownership, how old the company really is and feedback from the company's customers.

Any survey that asks for money is a scam in my book! There are alot of surveys online that say that they will give you free stuff etc... you have to live in the states to participate and be over 18. I'd go with them first!!

you can get money for them, but it won't be much, like 25c (max) each survey you do, and if you check the fine print, you have to accrue a minimum amount, probably $5 in order for them to send you a check, so do the maths. How long will it take you to do all those surveys? How much could you make an hour doing a real job?

Is it worth it selling yourself out to help large evil marketing companies get better at convincing people they need things that they were happy without?
