had sex with an 18 year old girl. I know her because she lives in the same town as me. I just found out a month ago that I have full blown AIDS, and have apparently had it for a while. When we had sex it was unprotected, and she performed oral sex on me. I was unaware that I had it at the time. Should I tell her, because I know she has had sex with at least 7 high school boys, and my friends son who goes to wayne state college in detroit since then. I'm so scared, what should I do?

Hey this is not funny, I looked up some of your other posts and in each one you are someone else. It is not wise to post these sort of questions on here, because you are on the edge of being reported for misuse. And beside what do you hope to gain by saying things like this. it's your moral obligation to inform any one you have unprotected sex with about your Aids status....how else can you stop people from spreading the diseases? with your age one would think that you could have use protections!! In these days and age you have to assume everyone is HIV positive or have aids...therefore condom is a must!!.

If you can't tell her, usually there is somebody at the local STD clinic called and epidemiologist who will make the call for you. But she needs to know.
