Apparently, this has happened in the past, but the stories are of a highly questionable manner.
I found a website about it.

There was an incident in the 18th century in France where a boy (about 7 or 8 I think) was found in the woods and had been raise by wolves. It was really sad though because the didn't know what to do with him back then and he spent the rest of his life in an institution.

Oh yeah he was known as the wolf boy

There have been a few cases where orphan or neglected children are believed to have been adopted by wolves or other animals. Two children in Africa were found in the early 1900's who barked and walked on all fours. They ate like wolves and acted like them. When they were taken in by humans, the girl died within a few weeks, and the boy never acted like a human--he continued to behave like a wolf. A girl here in the United States, within the last 20 years or so, was so neglected by her parents that the only attention she got was from the family dog. She learned to act like the dog, and I'm not sure if she ever regained her human behaviors or not. There has even been one case of a child being taken in by gazelles (I think) in Africa. She was seen by humans, who finally decided to let her remain with them, since she appeared to be healthy and well-adjusted to that life.

Yes, absolutely it is. It has been noted and documented. Wolves have a very close knit society and a lot of patience and caring for young wolves. One thing to note is that only the alpha female bears litters in any pack. But the pack protects the pups and all take turns feeding and caring for them, even the males.
