I'm 24 and I'm a high school English teacher. I'm the youngest English teacher in the school district. I would like to meet and become friends with other young teachers.

Sometimes if you're lucky, there's a community of young teachers already in place at your school, a community that will open wide its arms and embrace you and your 24 years. If you are not that lucky, like me, you will be 25 and make do with the married 30-something-teachers-with-kids friends you can make. If online support will get you through, by all means, do not hesitate to drop me a line! I too teach English, so maybe we could talk shop sometimes even!

Not that I know of. I do know what you mean about feeling young, though. I'm the youngest teacher in my building by about 10 years.
