Ask for a male doctor or nurse to do the exam. You are the patient and your comfort is important to the doctor. It isn't unusual for a patient to request a doctor of another gender for a particular problem. Many women go to femal gynocologists and many men insist on having male doctors do their testicular and rectal exams.

I have a female doctor and she's very gentle. Also remember this, when they check your prostate, do you want a big burly man finger up your a$$ or a lady's finger up your a$$? Hint: Ladies have SMALLER fingers!!!!!!!
