I hired a new girl who's really pretty...before she came along there was another supervsior who i enoyed being around. Now he's flirting with the new hire. what should i do

Tease him about her. You'll be able to tell if he really likes her or is just being friendly. Maybe he really likes you and is trying to see if you'll get jealous. Many guys/men can't stand rejection. He could be testing you so he will know where you stand. If he senses that you like him too then he will be more likely to ask you out. Or it could be that he likes you as a friend and he wants to date the new hotty. I wish I knew him so I could help you out better. Best of luck.

If you really like him, be up front about it. Guys don't pick up on signals for the most part, so unless you tell him he's not going to realize you're into him.
Now if you don't think you can handle that, then you're just going to have to sit back and continue to watch him flirt up a storm!

Befriend her sometimes jealousy is just something that you don't understand.She may have absolutely no interest in your boss but doesn't want the day to be longer than need be.And whats the worst that'll happen you'll gain another person you'll enjoy at work.

Don't be jealous because it might cause you to do something that can get you in trouble. He might be just trying to make her feel comfortable. Leave it alone, continue to try to hang out with the manger.

I knew you liked that other supervisor. Can't hide anything ffrom me girlie. Don't mix buisness with pleasure it could get ugly. That is prime example.
