Get it checked out. I'm going through some very similar problems. I had a bladder infection back in April, biggest symptom is burning with urination, after urination etc. So I doubt that's what it is. I've been bouncing between doctors trying to figure out whats wrong with me and haven't got anywhere so far. This past Saturday the heaviness I was feeling (across my pelvic bone, in my hips and all around to my back) turned into severe pain to the point it hurt to move. Monday was urgent care who advised an ultrasound and today I had another doctors appointment for blood and urine samples, then was sent to the hospital for an abdominal and pelvic ultrasound. won't know anything for another day or two, but I'm scared to death now. So please, go talk to a doctor because it could be something very minor that if left untreated could turn into something very serious.

Sounds like things are inflamed. This is either due to an appraching period or maybe other things that require medication. IE anti inflamatories. Like IBuprofen. Talk to your doc n see.
