You can be pregnant and still pass alittle blood and gas well that is part of the deal too but usually that comes later. If this is your first pregnancy then your uterus is expanding and that can cause cramping and alittle bleeding but will pass with time. In order to become pregnant you must understand your periods. You will bleed every 28 days that means that 14 days after the FIRST day of your period you will ovulate and then you are only fertile for 24 to 48hrs. So just having sex spontaneously through out the month is a waste of time. Good luck and remember to count.

Home tests are pretty accurate when it comes to a negative. It might be your mind messing with you.

I am trying to conceive too. It was really easy the first time, but not so much this time. I have had a couple of light, late periods like you. My Dr. says the stress and focus as well as increased activity are messing with my system.

The best advice (trust me, I know how much easier this is to say than it is to do...) is to relax and stop thinking about it. Have lots of fun sex, quit counting days and before you know it... you'll be pregnant.

A recent loss of alot of weight could have caused that you are experiencing now. I would say talk to you doctor. Some people put out very little of the growth hormone in their urine, you may be one of them. I wouldn't celebrate yet, but I would definatley start eating healthier and no alcohol or smoking. The first trimester is crucial to baby's development.

In my opinion your period may be changing because your trying or different lifestyle if you worry yourself to much your period can change too.

If you don't get pregnant after a year see a specialist

Your body tends to react to what the mind is thinking. If you ever want to make God laugh...tell Him your plans. I think that you are concentrating on it too hard. Your body will react in various ways. As for the little spotting, it wouldn't hurt to see your OBGYN.

To conceive it is best to have sex as soon as your period goes off. the first week after is the best days.
