Mixed children of Western and Asian peoples are called Eurasians. Usually very beautiflu people, too, I might add.

A unique blend of both. If they are raised in the west, they'll probably identify with Asian, since it is what makes them unique. If raised in the Asian country, they'll identify as a mixed race... mulatto or mestizo.

I wouldn't try to file the child into a nice, neat little file category. Just view the child as a human being.
