ENJOY IT! That's much better than working with catty women all day.

I work in a majority male industry. I'm not invisible because I am great at what I do. I'm also very, VERY nice to the boys, even the *******. A smiles goes a long way with a man.

Don't get all feminist on the guys cause that will make it worse. You can usually earn their respect by showing you can do what they can do. Don't be afraid, be outgoing. If they ignore you than go talk to them. Be interested in ehat they are doing. Don't be afraid to ask questions when you need help but in the end you have to prove yourself. Men are very competitive. Some will feel insecure if you can do better than them, but most will respect you, and all you need is a few coworkers who have your back and then things will get much better. If you don't let your gender get in the way of what you do, then you'll get their respect after a little while. Don't worry.

Do a great job. Smart people will respect that, and you for doing it. The rest...who cares?
