Well, I did see a woman wrapped in a green sheet, hair piled up and bare feet striding down the main street as if she was the Queen of Sheba.
I've seen an old lady dressed in her petticoat, made up to the nines with high heels, purse and a winning smile tripping through the cars on a busy city street.
I've seen a man carry a bag of coal on his shoulder for 3 kilometres every day for a year.
Seen heaps of people having conversations with themselves.
Seen a person walking down the street having a cellphone discussion with a toy cellphone.

I'm not sure if this is the strangest thing I've seen people on the street do, but it's what popped in my head first.
I once saw a woman picking seeds from trees and then placing them one by one on water that popped out of the pavement nearby (it's like many tiny fountains next to each other). She was very occupied with this and did this for quite a while.
Later that same day I saw an old man walking by himself, but talking, pointing and behaving as if he was a tourist guide with a group of tourists behind him, yet there was noone there.

Well, it's not necessarily weird but while driving down Second Avenue at 47th street in Manhattan about 25 years ago, we were stopped at the traffic light. I looked down the street and I see this girl running towards us and she was totally naked except for a small see-thru nightie type thing that only hung off her shoulders. She was also barefoot. I obviously motioned to my brother who was seated next to me. At first we thought that she might be in trouble of some sort, but quickly saw that she was not when she stopped at the corner of 47th and 2nd, stood there for a good 10-15 seconds looking for attention and then turned and slowly ran back down to whatever building she came out of. My guess was that it was on a dare or she was seriously into public nudity. Always wanted to see that again.....but no luck!

This happened when I was 7 years old and I will never, never , never forget it. Our neighbor lost her dog so me and my brother and sister and some friends were roaming the streets (on Fort Hood army base no less) looking for her dog. There was a car coming down the road real slow so I flagged him down and the pervert was jacking off driving down the road! He kept on even while I was talking to him. Scared the crap out of me, I stammered something and ran home as fast as I could. For some reason I thought I had done something wrong! Wasn't till years later that I realized the guy was just a pervert and most likely a child molester!

A man driving his car, hearing classical music at full volume, and pretending to be directing the orchestra.
He would get really excited and make full director movements with both arms, closing his eyes at the red traffic lights and letting himself get carried away by the music.
That pretty much made my day. Wonderful people like that guy can really cheer you up and remind you that life is beautiful.

well I've never seen strangers do anything weird right in front of me but I remember back in High School we had this weird dude that was in the same grade as me, well at a Pep Rally one year when the Principal was talking he started running around the Gymnasium like a crazed Idiot and he ran right into the wall on purpose of course the teachers were chasing him trying to stop him it was funny,but weird....to me it was.

Duck Tape Man.....
There is this man in the next town over to me that wears duck tape. Hope I'm spelling duck tape right. The gray tape.
Anyway he walks around with the tape on his mouth and something is wrong with him I'm sure cause he wears dirty clothes and headphones bobbing his head like he's jamming or something. That's is the freakiest thing I've seen lately.

Well I was at a dog agility competition last week and this lady came up to my friend and ask her if she could use the honey bucket
I think the lady was a little different and I'm not trying to be mean but I thought it was pretty funny

One day when my mom and i were in a k-mart store in calif.
this man was looking at some pillows on display, the kind
you use for your bed. While he was checking them out, his
finger was up his nose, going at it , and then all of a sudden
he wiped that yuk from his nose onto one of the pillows. I went
up to him, asked if he was going to buy the pillow, now that
he put his mark on it, he was so embarrassed, he left the
store buying two of the pillows. Used the second pillow to
cover over the top of other pillow. Get it?
