ok um u can do alot of things for instance um ,runnig um ,crunchs,playing,and if u really want to lose weight eat a helathier diet! hope this helps gurl!

ddr is fun as someone else said its a great workout for your legs, just ease into it. Run around. If you have a pool around swim some laps. Play kickball, baseball, matball, basketball, vollyeball, badminton. Anything to get exercise. Ride bikes, go on a walk, pick wildflowers,

The other suggestions here are great, but one "don't" I will offer regards lifting weights. You're 11, so you're still growing quite a bit and putting a bunch of strain (from the weights) on your bones and muscles is no good.

Go outside and play ball, on the swings, swim, bike ride, be active.
