While some girls who get involved in porn are naive, that isn't true of all of them. Some make a decision that the money offered (About $5,000 to $10,000 a video, on average) is attractive enough that they are willing to do it.
Some hope that they will be able to use the experience to their advantage in a legitimate film career -- which is a mistake, but there are certainly enough people who will tell them it isn;t a passport to legit TV or cinema.
Many of them simply don't have that many options for making significant amounts of money, given their lack of skills or education.

Most of the porn actresses i knew did it because they liked the job and the money. They fully knew what they we getting into when they started. When you go to an audition for a part, the HR person gives you a full interview making sure you understand what is expected of you and asking what you are willing or not willing to do.

A lot of fake websites pretend to pick up random girls from the street and do porn...but those are prearranged.

They are tricked, cajoled, bribed, threatened, paid, drugged. Whatever needs to be done to get them in front of the camera.
