I love John Lennon,I met him in New York in 1980 outside the Dakota Hotel,he was honestly the nicest celebrity I ever met and I have met alot,I lived in N.Y at that time,one week later that peice of ****,Mark David Chapman killed John,we had a candlelight vigil in Central Park and that part is now called Strawberry Fields,my favorite song is Instant Karma.

You are not a freak. I did not like the Beatles very much. But I did like John Lennon. I still remember the day he was shot, I was in shock, like the rest of the world.
My favourite song would be Imagine. But there is so many.
My 15 year old daughter is mad about Michael Jackson, I think that is weird, as I was a fan of his when I was her age. Now that is freakish.

Yes. But then I grew up with the Beatles. I guess many in your generation don't appreciate a genius if he comes from an earlier time. Good for you. Lennon was a great musician and and great person.

I am not going to lie, I am not obsessed, but I am dying to see "Chapter 27." I love John Lennon, and "Imagine" is one of my favorite songs. He is an inspiration to millions of people who want peace in the world. I still admire him as a peace activist and an incredible artist (even though I wasn't alive when he was at his pinnacle).
