Yes. Circumcism has both been both proven and disproven to have any benefits whatsoever. But one thing is for sure, it's as painful as all hell! When a baby is first born, it's body feels things hundreds of times more sensitively than an adult. Would you want to have your genitals mutilated because your parents are misguided cult members?

Your son is a very lucky young man. He is in tack and whole and his penis will work fine for him. There is no need for him to pull back the foreskin to clean himself yet that will come during puberty. As for masturbation (and I do hope you will let him have a private sex life and masturbate as needed) he has an advantage in just being able to move the skin back and forth over the most sensitive glans. He will look a little different than other boys in gym but after 8th grade most boys won't be looking and it will be no big deal. He needs to know how to care for himself and you may want to take him to a urologist and have the Doctor explain the fine points of care and cleanliness.

These days you'll find most boys are NOT circumcised. If it's not broken why 'fix it'. Unless you know a Rabi or the boy has lots of infections at an early age boys will generally be left alone. Personally I like circumcision, I think it is cleaner and looks better! And you don't have to teach your boys 'how to keep it clean it' I also have a son the same age.

It really depends...If the skin is too long and hard to roll back all the way, then the result is hard to clean which leads to more chances to get infected. Of course he will receive a lesser feeling during the sexual intercourse when he grows up.

On the other hand, if the skin is free to roll back, then you did the right choice, because the skin is actually protecting the head from un-necessary rubbing, scratching and of course will receive more pleasure during sexual intercourse.

Pain smain! I was circumsized at birth and i dont remember any pain, thats a bunch of bull____! anyone who says that was not circumsized. You dont remember anything at that age! You dont even have a cognitive memory until your 3 years old! Any one who says otherwise is full os S__t. I am glad i was circumcized, all the woman i have met and been with say that they prefer it 100% over non. it is easier to clean (no smegma), its more attractive(doesn't look like a dog penis) and the girl doesn't have to deal with all that nasty sagging foreskin! By the way I'm not jewish and my parents did it because of sanitary reasons, its simply cleaner

I think it is just fine that you left your son's foreskin in tact. But I do kind of snicker at the folks who say he can always get it done later. When it's done to a baby, they may cry a little but the pain is minimal, and they certainly don't remember it.

For an adult (I've only known one guy who had it done as an adult) it's painful and very inconvenient. I would doubt there are very many adult circumcisions done today.

Circumcision is done by tradigtion in some religions. I don't think there's a right or wrong choice, in that regard. My thought is, that you made a right choice.

Is his dick longer than other boys his age? If so, you did the right thing. After he is grown, he can have it done himself if he wants. He just needs to roll it back and wash the turtle's head very good (you won't have to worry about this in about another year when he starts washing it very good and frequently! ;^)

I have heard that uncircumsized boy's ***** grow bigger.

I guess there's no right or wrong but I will say this, that guys with a foreskin have more sensation and personally it looks more natural than a penis that's been hacked and scarred
