I am 5'7 120 lbs, female, 20 years old, I am pretty active. So is that good? I took a heart rate test the other day... any help that would be great!!

I think you mean blood pressure, but yes, 122/76 is good. A normal blood pressure for an adult is around 120/80. Once your systolic pressure (the one on top. The one the bottom is your diastolic) rises above 140, then you have cause for concern. Incidently, a normal heart rate for an active 20 yr old would be around 70, maybe even less if you do a lot of cardio. To check, find your pulse on your wrist, count the number of pulses for 15 secs and multiply by 4.

First of all 122/76 is your blood pressure reading. And yes you blood pressure is good. A normal adult blood pressure range is 120/80. You are a healthy girl Congrats!

Heart rate is beats per minute. I think you mean blood pressure. 120/80 is normal. the machines at the store aren't really accurate you should get it checked once a year at the doctor.

That's your blood pressure and the bottom number is a little high..but it depends when it was taken and were you at rest before it was taken..
