Go to your closest golf course or all golf courses near you & ask the golf pro or Manager if they are hiring staff. Dont get disappointed if they might not hire you because you are 14 all you can do then is just go back again & show you are interested. Most places want you to be at least 15 or 16 years old. You will also probably need to get a work permit (a paper that your parents have to sign) & if would be a good idea to look into doing a course at TAFE or at your social service dept. If they say no the first time ask if you could do some voluntery work that way it shows you are keen & they can then see how good you work.
Good Luck & remember to enjoy being a kid.

Start with your local country club. Many local courses and public courses have all switched to carts. Check the local CC and the pro shops. Its tough to find. Try working on the cart crew. All you do is clean the carts and charge them up. Plus you get to jump all the sand traps after hours.

ask at the nearest gold course, but you have to have some knowledge of golf though.
