For the Ages 17 to 25 Age Multiplied by : 2.45 Kgs
If you want it in Pounds again multply the result of the above by 2.25 that will give you pounds;
Indian Standard Height is in between 5'2" to 5'6" for women
Simple example:
Age 18 Yrs X 2.45 Kg = 44 Kg
or
44 Kg X 2.25 Pd = 99 Pounds
The built up will look quite good & energetic with attractive physical structures.
Now Coming to the Question :
In general, weight will not be a burden or danger provided you go for 60 minutes standard & 30 minutes fast jogging daily and persperate to the maximum extent. Avoid junk food, Ice creams and NV except fish (not fried fish). Have more fruit juice, green vegitables, citrus fruits, grains and pulses. Go to bed at 10 PM and getup at 5.30AM. Sleep well (no chicken naps in the afternoon) and keep your health under your control and not under your family doctor's control!
For a Twenty years old lady : 20 X 2.45 X 2.25 = 110 + pounds would or willl be the right weight.

According to dieticians a womens weight should be around the answer to the following formula:
((height in inches) - 60) x 5 + 100
In your case:
(63 - 60) x 5 + 100 = 115
So, you are OK.
P.S. the formula for men is:
((height in inches) - 60) x 6 + 100

It's not old you are. It generally goes by your height every chart I've ever seen (dr.s office, the gym etc.) goes by your height. Age can be a factor but at your age your about where you should be. Don't worry about it. I'm 5 ft. and suppose to be 100lbs, but I'm older now and 100lbs looks like death warmed over on me. 115 is good for me now. Plus if you work out you have to consider muscle weight. Anyway relax you're ok

A rough formula to know your required weight is height in cms minus 100(broca's index) that'll give you your expected wight in kgs. for eg 150 cm person roughly shouid've 50 kg. another method is to calculate your body mass index. BMI - Wt(in kg) divided by height in meter square. for eg if you're having 50 kg and height is 1.6 m, then 50/1.6*1.6 ie 50/2.56 =19.53. ideal BMI is 19 - 25. above 25 is overweight and above 30 is obese. i think 110 pounds is near to 50 kg. your height is 1.59 m. your BMI is 19.8. as you must be knowing now you're within the normal range. but in the lower limit of normal.

No, but don't lose any more weight. Exercise, that will tone your muscles and keep the weight steady. I've always been very thin, also. I've finally put on a little weight, at 48 years old. It's hard to find clothes when you're small, isn't it?
